A Little Bit About Patrick

I recently moved back to West Virginia from Las Vegas, Nevada where I was a Senior Loan Officer, and am happy to announce I have come home.  I was born and raised in Charles Town, West Virginia where my father, brother and two sisters still reside.   I graduated from John Handley High School in 1989 after attending Powhatan School in Boyce, Virginia from 1982-1985.  I later attended Shepherd University, where I was a four year letterman and a member of the 1992 WVIAC Championship basketball team.

I have come back to my hometown to work towards my Master’s degree at Shepherd University, and I am currently an assistant on the Men’s Basketball team. My first priority is assisting homeowners with their financing needs.  Regardless of a buyer’s creditworthiness, the mortgage process requires product knowledge, and most importantly, transparency.  I take great pride in walking the homebuyer through the process until they reach the closing table, and keeping the real estate agents informed along the way.
